Kaysafe Engineering Limited stock and supply a full range of Y-Type strainers. This section details flanged Y-Type strainers generally used on in-line filtration bolted between two counter-flanges. These Y-Type strainers are generally of cast materials, however we can supply forged and fabricated Y-Type strainers.
Sizes available are from ½” – 24”, class ratings from Class 150 through Class 2500. They range from Flanged RF and RTJ to ANSI B16.5 & Butt weld to ANSI B16.25.
Materials include Carbon Steel A216 WCB, A352 LCB, LCC; A351 CF8M, CF8 Stainless Steel, Aluminium Bronze, Duplex, Super Duplex, Chrome-Moly steels, 254SMO.
Non-destructive testing available: Dye Penetrant inspection (DPI); Magnetic Particle inspection (MPI); Positive Alloy Material Identification (PMI)
