Pressure Class: ANSI 150 - 2500.

Connection Ends: RF / RTJ / BW.
Main Materials: A105N Carbon Steel , LF2 Low Temperature Carbon Steel , 316/L Stainless Steel.
Filtration: Standard 40 mesh. ​Filtration 6mm to 50μm available on request.
Further materials available: CuNi - Copper Nickel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Monel, Hastelloy, 254 SMO.

Kaysafe Engineering Limited manufacture a full range of fabricated Pipeline strainers & Y-Type strainers to the client's own specification, also to the Shell specification dwg. S38.002 & screens to S38.005. They are made in carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome-moly steels, duplex and super duplex stainless steels, to exacting standards. 
Non-destructive testing available: Hydro-test to API 598,  Dye Penetrant inspection,  Magnetic Particle inspection, Positive Alloy Material Identification and X-ray.
These fabricated Y-Type strainers are generally fabricated from pipe and forgings, we can supply forged & cast Y-Type strainers.
Sizes available are from 2” – 24”, class ratings from Class 150 through Class 2500 dependant on the suitability. They range from Flanged RF and RTJ to ANSI B16.5 & Butt weld to ANSI B16.25. The Shell S38.002 range DN50-400, class rating 150-300.
