Kaysafe Engineering Limited supply and manufacture a full range of pipeline strainers. The fabricated T-Type strainers detailed in this section are generally of wrought and forged materials, however we can supply a limited range of cast T-Type strainers.
Sizes available are from 2” – 24”, class ratings from Class 150 through Class 600. They range from Flanged RF and RTJ to ANSI B16.5 & Butt Weld to ANSI B16.25.
Materials include Carbon Steel, Low Temp Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Chrome-Moly steels, 254SMO, Copper-nickel (CuNi), Monel & Titanium.
Non-destructive testing available: X-ray, Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Positive Alloy Material Identification (PMI).
