Kaysafe Engineering Ltd supply and manufacture a full range of fabricated Conical strainers (Witches Hats). These temporary fabricated Conical strainers are manufactured to suit flanged connections and are generally of perforated plate and woven wire mesh. They can be manufactured to your standards, dependant on your contractual needs.
Sizes available are from 1” – 36”, class ratings from Class 150 through Class 2500. They are manufactured to suit Flanged RF and RTJ to ANSI B16.5.
Materials include Stainless Steel, Copper-Nickel, Duplex stainless steel, Super Duplex stainless steel, Monel, Hastelloy & Titanium.Non-destructive testing available: Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) & Positive Alloy Material Identification (PMI).
